• Watchlist preferences stored locally in your browser

We use collected information to improve our service, send newsletters (if subscribed), and analyse site usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Market data is aggregated from public prediction market APIs. Your watchlist data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and is not transmitted to our servers.

We use the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Polymarket, Kalshi, and PredictIt APIs (market data)

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in any email.

Prediction Circle does not use tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics which is privacy-first and does not rely on cookies or fingerprinting.
